Multistage Vertical Centrifugal Pumps : Mv Series

C.R.I MV Series Vertical multistage in-line centrifugal pumps are axial suction & radial delivery non-self priming pumps available in various capacity, types of MOC and port connections to best suit the applications. As the suction and discharge ports of these pumps are in the same horizontal axis, this system ensures one pipe horizontal installation and compact pipe connections using the same pipe dimensions. The impellers, diffusers and shaft of these pumps are made up of AISI stainless steel and designed to deliver best possible hydraulic efficiency.

These pumps are Powered by a totally enclosed fan cooled, A.C induction motor, suitable for continuous duty. Motor stator is made of low watt loss steel laminations assembled under pressure and rigidly locked in the frame. Dynamically balanced rotor ensures vibration and noise free operations. Applications
The location of the pump should be such that the pump is easily accessible for regular inspection and it should be relatively free from dust, fumes and moisture. These pumps should be installed in a covered ventilated area, protected against the weather and it should not be installed in a tilted position. Do not wrap the pump with air tight materials such as polythene sheet, rubber sheet, canvas cloth etc., as condensation will form in tightly wrapped motor and winding will burn out.
